It is an innovative designed, compact, easy to use, device, especially for measurement of carbon dioxide concentration, brix%, pressure of any carbonated beverage such as soft drink, sparkling water & beer.  It is portable to anywhere for testing.  At least 100 ml sample & about 1 minute are required for measurement.
